I have used a few of these apps and this has been the only one that has worked flawlessly. I love the swiper it has made my life a lot easier. I cant say enough about how easy the setup was. What I can say is thank you...

I have NEVER had a problem using this app with iTransact. I highly recommend!

With the new version, every time I access the "more info" screen and them try to process a card the app crashes. This needs to be fixed. It worked perfectly prior to the newest release. Please fix this glitch! Ill update to 5 stars again once this happens.

Waited for so long and finally something good. Much better graphic, support iPad and much better app. Stable too. Thanks!! To make this a better app: 1. Free card reader to start with. Or at least cheaper. Square is a pretty good model. 2. An app that support merchant items, with graphic, price, descriptions etc. also sync with computers, and other devices. I use this app on both iPhone and iPad. Square another good example. I stick with this app for now since the merchant account gives e better deal. However, I cant recommend to others if they are also looking for user friendly apps like Square.

The new versions were not working at all until I suggested that they turn off the app from running in the background on my iPhone. Finally its successful because I kept following up with Cliff, the app developer. In my experience, Cliff was looking deeper than where the problem actually was. It took literally hours with about 2-3 dozen phone calls to the developer. Im sure glad its working now!

Card swiper and app work great after a laborious setup with slightly undertrained staff running the customer support lines. Took a couple online surveys to insure no annual fee, not sure what for... But after all is said and done itll cost you $18 a month. So Im canceling and getting the Square

I had issues with downloading the app on my iPhone and the account rep went thought all measures to to see where the problem was. Once that was resolved everything worked just fine. There are no hidden fees and it doesnt take long to transfer the funds to your bank.

Love this app! So easy to process payments! I feel secure having a pass code for this app ensuring that no one but me can use it!

This company has lied multiple times to me. When I cancelled, they still charged me fees for the next month! When I sent my card reader back, they say they never received it! DO NOT USE this "business"!!! HORRIBLE customer service! I had to throw a "fit" to get a refund when they should have never charge me in the first place! DO NOT USE!!

Great app, it ran smoothly and I was able to navigate easily. They have a help button to help you out on the main screen and the buttons are fairly easy to use.
